A total of 10 students from Group IX participated in the activity, accompanied by supervisors Brigadier General Dicky Patrianegara and Brigadier General Jimmy Agustinus Anes, alongside mentors Senior Commissioner Arief Kurniawan and Senior Commissioner Moch Sholeh.

“This field study activity is expected to meet the required graduation standards, specifically the ability to master and implement concepts, theories, methods, and instruments of leadership and strategic management to execute coaching, operational, and measurable policing synergy functions,” stated Brigadier General Dicky Patrianegara, representing the Head of the Polri Education and Training Institute, on Monday (18/5/202<0xA0>26).

The field study focuses on strengthening middle-level strategic leadership in facing the influences of global geopolitical dynamics. The Chief of Mataram City Police, Senior Commissioner Hendro Purwoko, expressed his gratitude to Polresta Mataram being selected as a location for this activity.

“Thank you for choosing Polresta Mataram as one of the locations for this Sespimmen Polri student field study. I hope this activity can be carried out smoothly so that it can provide solutions and recommendations for regional units,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Group IX, Binsar Hatorangan Sianturi, noted that the activity serves as essential preparation for the students. He expressed hope that the knowledge gained could be implemented in the field.

“This field study is very useful as it provides a platform for students to conduct studies on various field issues by linking them to the learning materials they have received,” he added.
