Polri Mutation: Commissioner General Panca Putra Appointed as Head of Education and Training

In Telegram Letter number ST/960/V/KEP./2026, seen by detikcom on Friday (8/5/2026), the letter is dated 7 May 2026 and signed by the Assistant to the Police Chief for Human Resources (As SDM Kapolri), Inspector General Anwar. Commissioner General R Z Panca Putra has been appointed as Kalemdiklat Polri. Panca was previously a senior officer (pati) at Lemdiklat Polri. “Commissioner General Pol Drs R Z Panca Putra, Pati Lemdiklat Polri, has been appointed to the new position as Kalemdiklat Polri,” states the telegram. In addition, several individuals have been transferred to Lemdiklat Polri. One of them is Inspector General Gatot Tri Suryanta, who was previously the West Sumatra Police Chief, now transferred to Pati Lemdiklat Polri. Previously, the position of Kalemdiklat was held by Inspector General Achmad Kartiko. He was appointed at the beginning of this year.
