Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has equipped its personnel with “Buku Saku 0%: Benefits and Recipients of Welfare Support for 2026” as the primary guide for socialising government programmes within communities.

Deputy Chief of Police Komjen Pol. Dedi Prasetyo stated that the distribution of this pocket book is part of Polri’s transformation in directly supporting government policies at the grassroots level.

“Polri is not only present to maintain security but also to drive the dissemination of government programme information,” Dedi said in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.

He explained that with the “Buku Saku 0%” provided in both digital and printed formats, Polri members in the field will be able to explain the programmes comprehensively while monitoring to ensure they reach the intended targets and are truly felt by the community.

Dedi added that through this equipping, Polri is confident that all field personnel can serve as the spearhead in delivering government programme information and ensuring that every form of assistance is received by eligible community members on target.

The “Buku Saku 0%” is compiled systematically and divided into three main programme groups:

  1. 0% Poverty Programme: Programmes focused on accelerating poverty alleviation.

  • Staple Food Social Assistance
