The Indonesian National Police (Polri) has equipped its personnel with the “0%: Let’s Help President Prabowo Help Our Fellow Citizens Escape Poverty” pocket book. This pocket book serves as the primary guide for patrol officers and community policing officers (Bhabinkamtibmas) to facilitate the delivery of information on government programmes while supporting oversight functions to ensure they are targeted effectively.

The message from President Prabowo, which inspires this movement, emphasises the importance of social care: “If you cannot help many people, help a few. If you cannot help a few, help one.”

Deputy Chief of Police Komjen Dedi Prasetyo stated that equipping personnel with the 0% Poverty pocket book is part of Polri’s transformation in directly supporting government policies within society.

“Polri is not only present to maintain security but also acts as a driver of information for government programmes. With the 0% pocket book provided in both digital and printed formats, field officers can explain the programmes comprehensively while conducting oversight to ensure they run on target and are truly felt by the community,” said Komjen Dedi to reporters on Wednesday (8/4/2026).

The 0% pocket book is compiled systematically and divided into three main programme groups:
