Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka has requested that participants of the National Leadership Strengthening Education (P3N) XXVII and the National Leadership Preparation and Strengthening Education (P4N) LXIX at Lemhannas RI be more sensitive to the conditions of the community when formulating policies. “As future leaders, there must be sensitivity—sensitivity to what is happening at the grassroots level,” Gemban emphasised during a briefing held at the Vice Presidential Palace, Jakarta, on Wednesday.

Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian has proposed that regional-owned enterprises (BUMD) be managed by a dedicated directorate general to strengthen oversight and guidance. “The Ministry of Home Affairs has also proposed strengthening this oversight and guidance so that BUMD is handled by a Director General (Echelon I),” said Tito during a working meeting with Commission II of the DPR RI in Jakarta on Wednesday.
