question mark.

Only a few corruption cases have been tried after a lengthy
process between the police and the prosecutor's office, only to
result in the convicts' enjoying unlimited privileges in prison.

Adrian Waworuntu, one of those who has tarnished the nation's
image, may also escape abroad, as did Edi Tansil.

The authorities have always made the same mistake, impacting
all aspects of public life negatively.

Why should there be a Rp 1 billion reward for Adrian's
capture, and why does the police leave the job up to the public?
And from where does such a sum of money come?
