Police Uncover Motorcycle and Mobile Phone Belonging to Skeletonised Woman Found in Depok
The body of a woman identified by the initials DH, 56, was found in a skeletal state in Meruyung, Limo, Depok, West Java. The victim’s motorcycle and mobile phone were missing from the scene.
There were missing items belonging to the victim, namely a Suzuki Address motorcycle with plate B-6613-ZME, together with its ignition key and registration certificate (the BPKB is pledged as loan collateral). Then one mobile phone belonging to the victim, said Cinere Police Sector Chief, Police Commissioner Chairul Saleh, in a statement on Sunday, 8 March 2026.
The police said the victim lived with her live-in husband, but his whereabouts are currently unknown. According to witnesses, the victim often had disputes with her live-in husband. “The victim reportedly lived daily with her live-in husband. The husband’s whereabouts are currently unknown,” Chairul added. “According to the RT head, initials SS, there had been a history of disputes between the victim and her live-in husband,” he continued.
There was coffee powder on the body
Police said initial identification findings showed a sprinkling of coffee powder on the victim’s body.
The police stated that the victim, DH, 56, was found by the victim’s child and the child’s partner on Saturday, 7 March, around 09:00 WIB, when they came to clean the house.
