Police to submit Gunawan's dossiers

JAKARTA: Police have completed the case files of businessman
Gunawan Santosa, a murder suspect in the death of PT Aneka Sarana
Bakti (Asaba) president director Boedyharto Angsono and his
bodyguard Second Sgt. Edy Siyep of Kopassus to submit to the
prosecutors.

"We finished the reconstruction (of the shooting) on Sunday.
We have also included the result (of the reenactment) in the
dossiers and will submit them to the prosecutors," said Jakarta
Police detectives chief Sr. Comr. Mathius Salempang on Tuesday.

Jakarta Police chief Insp. Gen. Makbul Padmanagara confirmed
the statement.

Gunawan, the alleged mastermind of the shooting, was arrested
by police last month at a house on Jl. Industri, Central Jakarta.

He was suspected of ordering the murder of his former father-
in-law in revenge for being fired by Boedyharto after he was
accused of embezzling company money.

Boedyharto and Edy were reportedly gunned down by four marines
under the instructions of Gunawan on July 19 in front of a sports
complex in North Jakarta. -- JP
