Police to Question Ruben Onsu as Suspect Next Week

South Jakarta Metropolitan Police will summon celebrity Ruben Onsu next week in connection with alleged fraud and embezzlement of investment funds. He will be examined in his status as a suspect.

“Yesterday we just named him as a suspect, so of course we will schedule him to be summoned,” said South Jakarta Metropolitan Police Public Relations Head AKP Joko Adi Wibowo at the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police headquarters on Thursday.

Joko said the examination of his suspect status is planned for next week. “We will likely schedule the examination next week,” he said.

Celebrity Ruben Samuel Onsu (RSO), known as Ruben Onsu, has been named a suspect in an investment fraud case reported to the South Jakarta Metropolitan Police.

Joko said the alleged criminal acts of fraud and/or embezzlement are recorded in Police Report Number 310/VIII/2025/SPKT/Polres Jakarta Selatan, dated 22 August 2025.
