The Sukoharjo Police Resort, in collaboration with the Sukoharjo Regency Civil Registry and Population Records Office (Disdukcapil), has organised population administration services (adminduk) for residents in Grogol sub-district affected by flooding. A total of 150 residents benefited from assistance in processing population documents that were lost or carried away by the flood.

The service was held today at the Community Meeting Hall of Dukuh Kaliwingko RT 01 RW 09, Madegondo Village, Grogol sub-district, from 08:00 to 11:30 WIB. The activity focused on issuing Loss Certificates (C1) and consultations for population documents damaged by the flood.

The event was led by the Head of Public Relations and Protocol of the Sukoharjo Police Resort, Iptu Yuliadi, accompanied by Community Guidance Officer AKP Marlin Supu Payu, Pamapta II Ipda Ibnu Susilo, members of the Grogol Police Sector, the SPKT Sub-section, and officials from the Sukoharjo Regency Disdukcapil.

From the implementation, a record shows that 150 residents processed loss certificates, while another 25 residents utilised consultation services regarding damaged or lost documents.

Sukoharjo Police Chief AKBP Anggaito Hadi Prabowo emphasised that this activity represents the presence of the Indonesian National Police among the community, particularly in disaster situations.

“Many important resident documents were lost or damaged due to the flood. Therefore, we are present directly at the location to facilitate the public in processing their documents,” said Anggaito to reporters on Saturday (18/4/2026).

Residents have welcomed the initiative positively. Heni, a resident of Kaliwingko, Madegondo Village, Grogol sub-district, stated that she was greatly assisted by the direct services from the Sukoharjo Police and Disdukcapil.

“We highly appreciate the prompt response from the Police and Disdukcapil in addressing residents’ complaints, especially regarding lost or damaged population documents following the flood that occurred on Wednesday (15/4) last week,” she explained.

Agus, another Kaliwingko resident, expressed a similar sentiment, noting that the service is very helpful for the community in difficult post-disaster conditions.

With this integrated service, flood-affected residents are expected to quickly regain their important documents, allowing daily activities to return to normal.
