Police Seize Rp476 Billion in Assets from Luxury Home in Sentul Raid

A luxury house in the Sentul area of Bogor Regency has drawn attention after a team of investigators from the National Police’s Corruption Eradication Task Force (Kortastipidkor) conducted a search of the property.

From the location, investigators seized various assets worth hundreds of billions of rupiah as part of an investigation into alleged corruption and money laundering (TPPU).

Police lines could be seen at the luxury property following the search. During the operation, investigators seized gold bars, foreign currency and cash with a combined value of approximately Rp476 billion.

All of the seized items will form part of the evidentiary process in the investigation into suspected corruption and money laundering.

Officers carried the seized evidence from tactical vehicles upon arrival at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of Polda Metro Jaya in Jakarta on Thursday (9/7/2026). Kortastipidkor, together with Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya, transported the evidence obtained from the search of the luxury house in the Sentul area as part of the investigation into alleged corruption and money laundering offences.

The seizure of the assets forms part of the investigators’ efforts to trace suspected flows of funds derived from corruption and money laundering offences currently under investigation.
