JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Directorate of Narcotics Crime of Bareskrim Polri has submitted a request to issue a Red Notice for international police against Lukmanul Hakim alias Pak Cik Hendra, who is suspected of having undergone facial plastic surgery and changed his nationality.

Pak Haji is alleged to be a supplier of methamphetamine within the network of Andre Fernando, alias ‘The Doctor’, and Ko Erwin, dealers linked to the former Chief of Police of Bima Kota, AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro.

‘Mengajukan permohonan penerbitan Red Notice melalui Divhubinter Polri terhadap DPO Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Haji,’ said Brig. Gen. Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Narcotics Crime of Bareskrim Polri, in a statement on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.

Pak Haji is described as an Indonesian citizen from Aceh who is now on the wanted list in connection with narcotics offences and money laundering (TPPU).

Besides proposing the Red Notice to Interpol, Bareskrim has also engaged the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) to assist in the pursuit and arrest of the fugitive.

‘Mengirimkan surat permohonan bantuan penangkapan secara police-to-police kepada PDRM Malaysia terhadap DPO Lukmanul Hakim alias Hendra alias Pak Haji,’ said Eko.

Andre also revealed that Hendra was last seen by him in 2024. At that time, his appearance had reportedly changed due to plastic surgery.

As a result, Sub-Directorate IV of Bareskrim’s Narcotics Directorate, together with the Bareskrim Identification Centre (Pusident), prepared the latest facial composite of the fugitive based on Andre’s testimony.

‘The person is suspected of having undergone facial plastic surgery, resulting in differences from the photograph shown by investigators,’ Eko said.

In addition to tracking the suspect’s whereabouts, investigators are also tracing financial transactions of the narcotics network connected to Pak Haji.

Banking analysis shows four accounts believed to be linked to the network recorded 14,961 transactions during the period from 28 December 2018 to 31 March 2026, with a total value reaching Rp 464.1 billion.
