Police Review CCTV Footage to Seek Clues in Death of Former Official's Housekeeper
Police have summoned several witnesses regarding the death of Sutrimo (also known as S), the housekeeper for the former Head of the Special Crimes Division (Jampidsus) of the Attorney General’s Office, Febrie Adriansyah. Authorities are also examining CCTV footage to find clues in the case.
According to the Head of Public Relations for the Metro Jaya Regional Police, Kombes Budi Hermanto, CCTV recordings from the clinic have been collected for digital forensic examination. Police have also requested surveillance footage from the Muhammadiyah Taman Puring Hospital.
“The investigation process is ongoing. Investigators will continue clarifying details with doctors and other witnesses, perform digital forensic examinations on the CCTV recordings, and await the results of forensic laboratory tests,” said Budi on Friday (31/07/2027).
Five witnesses have been questioned so far, including AZ and MOP, who served as ambulance drivers; MZ, the owner of the ambulance company; MA, who was known to have communicated with S; and AAS, the ambulance driver who transported S from the clinic to the hospital.
“The examination of witnesses is being conducted to trace the sequence of events before S was taken to the hospital, up until the process of transporting the deceased to Banyumas,” Budi added.
Chronology of Events
S is suspected to have passed away and was transported via ambulance from the Mordent Clinic to the Muhammadiyah Taman Puring Hospital on Thursday (23/07) at approximately 09:10 WIB. Following medical examinations, S was declared dead. The body was subsequently dispatched at approximately 12:45 WIB towards Wangon, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, for burial.
Officers, alongside the Identification Team of the South Jakarta Metro Police and the Forensic Laboratory Centre of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri), conducted a crime scene investigation at the Mordent Clinic on Monday (27/07).
