Police Reshuffle: Metro Jaya's Propam Chief and District Police Chiefs Replaced
The Indonesian National Police Headquarters has conducted a rotation, mutation, and promotion of 1,121 high-ranking officers (Pati) and mid-ranking officers (Pamen). One of the areas restructured is the position of Chief of the Professional and Internal Security Division (Kabid Propam) for the Metro Jaya Regional Police, along with several district police chiefs.
Based on the Chief of Police’s Telegram Letter number ST/1335/VI/KEP./2026, Commissioner Aris Supriyono has been appointed as the new Kabid Propam for Polda Metro Jaya. He previously served as the Head of the Security Development Sub-Division (Kabagbinpam) at the Police Profession and Security Division (Divpropam). Aris replaces Commissioner Radjo Alriadi, who has been assigned as the Secretary of the Provost Division (Sesroprovos) at Divpropam.
Furthermore, Commissioner Joko Sulistio, formerly the Director of Vital Object Security (Dirpamobvit) for Polda Metro Jaya, has been appointed to a new position as the Primary Police Auditor Level II in the Police Mobile Brigade Corps (Korbrimob). His position is now filled by Commissioner Twedi Aditya Bennyahdi.
Adjunct Senior Commissioner (AKBP) Danang Setiyo Pambudi, the Deputy Director of General Criminal Investigation (Wadirreskrimum) for Polda Metro Jaya, has been appointed as the Chief of Malang City Police in the East Java Regional Police. His replacement is AKBP Dewa P. G. Anom Danujaya, who previously served as the Chief of Purwakarta Police.
The Chief of Metro Bekasi City Police, Commissioner Kusumo Wahyu Bintoro, has been assigned to a new role as Head of the General Resources Sub-Division (Kabagsumda) at the Baintelkam Planning and Administration Bureau. His position will be filled by Commissioner Putu Kholis Aryana.
In a separate telegram, Commissioner H. Y. Arief Satriyo was appointed as the new Director of Community Guidance (Dirbinmas) for Polda Metro Jaya. AKBP Aris Wibowo, the Chief of Tanjung Priok Port Police, has been appointed as Deputy Director of PPA and PPO at Polda Metro Jaya, with his position being taken over by AKBP Alrasyidin Fajri.
Additionally, the Head of Medical and Health (Kabiddokes) for Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner Martinus Ginting, has been replaced by Commissioner M. Faizal Zulkarnaen, who previously held the same position in the Maluku Regional Police. Martinus has been appointed as Deputy Head of the Bhayangkara Level I Hospital at the Police Medical and Health Centre. The Director of Detainees and Evidence (Dirtahti) for Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Dermawan Karo Sekali, has also been replaced by AKBP David Triyo Prasojo, who previously served as the Chief of Langkat Police.
Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko, Head of Public Information at the Police Public Relations Division, stated that the mutations are a normal part of the organisation’s dynamics. He explained that the process aims to foster career development and improve institutional performance. ‘Mutations and promotions are part of the organisational dynamics aimed at enhancing professionalism, leadership capacity, and the effectiveness of the National Police’s duties in providing service, protection, and security to the public,’ Trunoyudo said in a statement on Friday (26/6).
