Police Process Crime Scene at Boarding House Where Taufik Hidayat Held Woman Captive for Three Years

Police have processed the crime scene at a boarding house where Taufik Hidayat (30) allegedly held captive and abused a woman with the initials YTR (29). The boarding house is located in Cinunuk Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, West Java. The crime scene investigation began at 12.00 WIB this afternoon. Police line was observed installed in front of the boarding house. Officers then entered the boarding house area suspected to be the site of the abuse and confinement. They were seen examining every corner of the area and documenting it with cameras. From a distance, a number of residents gathered to witness the crime scene investigation process. They appeared curious about the process and wanted to know the conditions at the scene. The boarding house building is situated in an alley about 50 metres from the main road. The location is directly in front of rice fields and several residential homes. The boarding house has two floors, and the room occupied by the couple was on the ground floor. It is positioned in the middle area of the ground floor, directly at the front gate. The distance between the room door and the fence appeared quite close.
