Police Present Evidence in Bandung Abuse and Confinement Case

West Java Regional Police (Polda Jabar) presented evidence in a criminal case involving confinement and severe abuse during a press conference at the West Java Police Headquarters in Bandung on Wednesday (24/6/2026). The police stated they are still conducting detailed examinations while simultaneously opening the 110 call centre service and forming a special task force (Satgas) to search for possible other victims of the suspect, Taufik Hidayat, in connection with the abuse and confinement of a woman with the initials YTR in Bandung.
