Police Mutation: Brigadier General Totok Suharyanto Becomes Head of Anti-Corruption Task Force

JAKARTA – Brigadier General Totok Suharyanto has been promoted to Head of the Police Anti-Corruption Task Force (Kakortastipikor) in the latest reshuffle of the Indonesian National Police (Polri).

Previously, the position of Kakortastipikor was held by Inspector General Cahyono Wibowo.

This mutation is detailed in a Police Chief Telegram (ST) numbered ST/440/II/KEP./2026 dated 27 February 2026.

“At the level of Principal Officials of Polri Headquarters, two personnel have been entrusted with the position of Kakortastipikor Polri, namely Brigadier General Totok Suharyanto, as well as Head of Police Research and Development, Brigadier General Ruddi Setiawan,” said Johnny Eddizon Isir, Head of Polri’s Public Relations Division, in a statement on Saturday (28 February 2026).

In this reshuffle, 44 personnel received new postings.

Brigadier General Yusuf has been appointed Deputy Chief of the North Kalimantan Regional Police.

Senior Colonel Heri Wahyudi has been transferred to serve as Chief of Semarang City Police within the Central Java Regional Police.

Senior Colonel Adhitya Panji Anom has been appointed Chief of Sleman Police within the Yogyakarta Regional Police.

Additionally, three officials have been mutated for evaluation purposes or demotions.

These include Senior Colonel Edy Setyanto Erning Wibowo, who previously served as Chief of Sleman Police within the Yogyakarta Regional Police, and has been transferred to the Polri Legal Division.

Police Captain Didik Putra Kuncoro, who previously served as Chief of Bima City Police within the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, has been reassigned as Officer at the Polri Medical Division.

The position of Chief of Bima City Police is now held by Police Captain Mubiarto Banu Kristanto, who previously served as Head of the Traffic Law Section at the Traffic Directorate of the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police.

“The position of Chief of Bungo Police is now entrusted to Police Captain Zamri Elfino, who previously served as Head of Subdivision 3 of the Crime Investigation Directorate of the Jambi Regional Police,” added Johnny.
