Police Investigate Contract and Fees of Dude Harlino and Alyssa with PT DSI

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Police are delving into evidence of the contract between Dude Harlino and Alyssa Soebandono as brand ambassadors for PT Dana Syariah Indonesia in the case of alleged fraud and embezzlement in the company’s funding distribution.

The examination of the celebrity couple by the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes (Dittipideksus) of Bareskrim lasted five hours at the Bareskrim Polri Building in South Jakarta on Thursday (2/4/2026).

“We examined the contract between them and DSI. Of course, the results of the examination will be reviewed again based on other evidence,” said the Head of the Investigation Team of Dittipideksus, Brigjen Susatyo Purnomo Condro, after the examination of Dude and Alyssa.

Brigjen Susatyo stated that investigators scrutinised several documents, including the cooperation contract between the two artists and PT DSI.

In addition to the contract, investigators also delved into the fees received and their understanding of PT DSI’s business plan conveyed to the public as part of their brand ambassador duties.

“This includes fees and other matters as objects of examination, as well as how they understood DSI’s business plan to be conveyed widely to the public. That is important for us to know from the statements of both witnesses,” he explained.

Investigators will still study their statements and match them with the evidence already collected.

“Later, the investigation team will study and assess their statements with various facts we already have. We will see the developments; if necessary, it is not impossible that they will be summoned again,” he said.

He emphasised that one focus of the examination is to explore their roles as brand ambassadors, particularly regarding the conveyance of information about PT DSI’s business plan to the public.

“The examination material relates to their role as brand ambassadors, how professional they were in conveying PT DSI’s business plan to the public. When allegations of fraud are found in its implementation, that certainly becomes part of the examination object,” said Susatyo.
