The Directorate of Specific Crimes (Dittipidter) of the Indonesian National Police’s Criminal Investigation Unit (Bareskrim) inspected containers belonging to PT Mitra Mentari Sentosa (MMS) and seized 300 export documents related to alleged export violations of fatty matter commodities involving the company. The activity took place at the NPCT 1 Terminal area of Tanjung Priok Port, Jalan Terminal Kalibaru Raya Kavling B, Number 1, Kalibaru, Cilincing, North Jakarta, on Thursday. Head of Sub-Directorate I of Dittipidter Bareskrim, Senior Commissioner Setyo K. He added that investigators also secured 300 export documents in the form of Export Declaration Notifications (PEB) for fatty matter commodities. He noted that these documents are not only related to PT Mitra Mentari Sentosa but also to companies suspected of being affiliated with the export activities of the commodity. “The documents we have secured will be examined and analysed further for evidentiary purposes and to complete the case file,” he said. The investigation into this case is based on Police Report Number LP/A/54/IV/2026/SPKT.DITTIPIDTER/BARESKRIM POLRI dated 13 April 2026.
