Jakarta — National Police Public Relations Division Chief Inspector General Johnny Eddizon Isir said the identity of the drug supplier to former Bima City Police Chief Adj. Sr. Comr. Didik Putra Kuncoro has been established. Police are now hunting the dealer.

“The identity of the dealer with the initials E—the full profile is now in hand. The pursuit and arrest are currently underway,” Isir told reporters at National Police Headquarters in South Jakarta on Sunday (February 15, 2026).

Isir said the dealer’s identity was obtained after further examination of Adj. Sr. Comr. Didik and his associate Adj. Comr. ML, revealing that E is part of the dealer network.

“Based on the results of examinations so far, the evidence found in Adj. Sr. Comr. DPK’s possession was obtained from suspect Adj. Comr. ML, originating from one of the network’s key figures with the initials E,” he explained.

To that end, Isir affirmed that police from the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Narcotics Division together with Bareskrim Directorate 4 will uncover dealer E’s network. “We ask for the prayers and support of the entire community as part of our commitment to wage a total war against illicit trafficking and narcotics abuse that endangers the Indonesian nation’s future generations,” he said.

AKBP Didik Used Drugs

Bareskrim Narcotics Crime Directorate Sub-Unit 3 Head Sr. Comr. Zulkarnain Harahap revealed that Adj. Sr. Comr. Didik consumed drugs. Police had previously secured drug evidence inside a suitcase. “On the 6th, he received a phone call. ‘Please take my suitcase, secure it.’ That was all he said. For personal use (the drugs in the suitcase),” Zulkarnain said when asked about the drugs in the suitcase.

From a hair test, Adj. Sr. Comr. Didik tested positive for drugs. Police are continuing to examine other suspects. “When we tested him, he (Adj. Sr. Comr. Didik) was negative. He and his wife, along with the policewoman, were negative. However, the Professional and Security Division conducted a hair test, which came back positive. As for the other two, the results will come out tonight,” he said.
