Former Bima City Police Chief AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro has also been found to have committed alleged immoral acts in the form of sexual misconduct.

Head of Public Relations of the Indonesian National Police (Polri) Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko said this was revealed during the Professional Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) hearing held on Thursday (19 February).

“He committed narcotics abuse and engaged in sexual misconduct,” he said at a press conference.

Trunoyudo did not elaborate further on the nature of the sexual misconduct committed by Didik. He only confirmed that it was unrelated to First Inspector Dianita Agustina, who had been entrusted with a suitcase containing drugs.

“From the examination process, the Commission hearing found one act of misconduct, but it is not related to First Inspector Dianita Agustina,” he said.

“It is one of the offences uncovered during the examination process, and as such he was designated a suspected violator, with sexual misconduct being one of the charges,” he added.

Previously, the Professional Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) panel officially imposed the sanction of Dishonourable Discharge (PTDH) on the former Bima City Police Chief AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro.

Brigadier General Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko said the sanction was imposed because the panel found Didik guilty of soliciting and receiving money from drug dealers in the Bima City area.

“Through the Head of the Narcotics Unit of Bima City Police under the name AKP M, sourced from drug dealing perpetrators in the Bima City area,” he said at a press conference on Thursday (19 February).

Based on these findings, Trunoyudo said the KKEP panel imposed an ethical sanction, declaring the perpetrator’s actions as disgraceful conduct.

Subsequently, administrative sanctions were imposed, including placement in a special facility for seven days from 13 August through to February 2026.

“Under the administrative sanctions, dishonourable discharge as a member of the Indonesian National Police,” he said.

Furthermore, Trunoyudo said AKBP Didik accepted the ruling and would not file an appeal against the ethics tribunal’s decision.
