Police Expected to Be at the Forefront of Security and Public Service

The Indonesian National Police (Polri) is expected to remain at the forefront of maintaining security and providing the best service to the public. Chairman of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Law at the Christian University of Indonesia (UKI) Jakarta, Devon Noel Putra Nugroho, expressed his appreciation for Polri’s performance in maintaining security, public order, and supporting national development. He made these remarks in connection with the 80th Bhayangkara Day on 1 July. Devon expressed hope that Polri would continue to enhance its professionalism, integrity, and service to the community through a humanistic, transparent, and just approach. “I wish you a happy 80th Bhayangkara Day. May Polri become increasingly precise, professional, beloved by the community, and continue to be the front line in maintaining security and providing the best service for all Indonesian people. Bravo Polri,” he said. He also called on all elements of society, especially students, to work together to maintain unity, respect differences, and support the creation of a conducive security and public order situation as the foundation for national development. “The commemoration of the 80th Bhayangkara Day is expected to be a momentum to further strengthen the synergy between Polri, the community, and all components of the nation in realising a safe, peaceful, and advanced Indonesia,” he stated.
