The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police (Polda NTB) has established three individuals as wanted persons (DPO), in connection with a drugs case involving the former Narcotics Chief of Bima City Police Department, AKP Malaungi, and the former Bima City Police Chief, AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro.

One of those designated as wanted is Koko Erwin, a major drug distributor who provided money and methamphetamine to Didik and Malaungi. “He is already wanted. We are still searching for him,” said the Director of Drug Investigation (Dirresnarkoba) at Polda NTB, Kombes Roman Smaradhana Elhaj, on Thursday (26 February 2026).

The search for this methamphetamine distributor is not only being conducted by the Polda NTB team. It also involves the Criminal Investigation Directorate of the National Police (Bareskrim Polri). “We are committed to pursuing the wanted persons. Currently they are being pursued,” he said.

Koko Erwin has been designated as a suspect. He allegedly provided 1 billion rupiah to the former Bima City Police Chief, AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro, to enable him to distribute methamphetamine.

The money was handed over by Koko Erwin via transfer to an account controlled by Malaungi, and subsequently transferred to Didik Putra Kuncoro. After that, Koko Erwin gave Malaungi 488 grams of methamphetamine, which would later be distributed to Sumbawa Island.

In addition to Koko Erwin, Didik Putra Kuncoro allegedly received money from a drug distributor named Boy totalling 1.8 billion rupiah.

Regarding Boy, he has not yet been designated as a suspect and has not been added to the wanted list. According to Roman, the true identity of Boy is still being investigated. “We are still looking into his identity first. We need to be careful not to arrest the wrong person. We will investigate further,” Roman said.

Koko Erwin is on the wanted list along with two of his subordinates, Satriawan and Ais Setiawati. “Those we have designated as wanted are KE (Koko Erwin), S (Satriawan) and A (Ais Setiawati),” he said.

The two names emerged in the arrest of member of the Bima City Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit, Bripka Irfan alias Karol, and his wife, Anita, as well as two others, Herman and Yusril Isamahendra. From that arrest, police secured 30.415 grams of methamphetamine.

Satriawan allegedly supplied the methamphetamine to Anita. After the methamphetamine was sold out, Anita deposited the money into an account belonging to Ais Setiawati.

According to Roman, these two individuals are subordinates of Koko Erwin. “S (Satriawan) and A (Ais Setiawati) are Koko Erwin’s accomplices,” he said.

Roman emphasised that the Directorate of Drug-Related Criminal Investigations at Bareskrim Polri and the Drug Investigation Directorate at Polda NTB will be committed to apprehending the wanted persons, including investigating Boy’s true identity.

“We will pursue them. Many cases that initially had wanted suspects have already been solved,” he concluded.
