Police Collaborate with Ride-Hailing Services to Enhance 110 Emergency Line at Soekarno-Hatta Airport

Wisnu also explained that currently around 5,000 online transport vehicles operate at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (Soetta) in Tangerang, Banten.

Therefore, Wisnu said, the presence of 110 Polri Call Centre service “flyers” in online transport fleets can be more effective and easily remembered by the public or service users at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

According to Wisnu, this activity is the first in Indonesia, and it is hoped that it will not just be formal but can be implemented. He emphasised that they have provided around 5,000 110 Call Centre “flyers”.

He added that this Polri 110 Call Centre “flyer” can be utilised by the public as a means to report emergency incidents, security disturbances, and criminality.

“We hope that colleagues from operators can attach the 110 service ‘flyer’ in online transport fleets at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Let us together create conducive public order and security,” said Wisnu.
