Police Chief Reshuffles Anti-Corruption Task Force Leadership: Brigadier General Totok Appointed Head, Brigadier General De Deo Shifted
National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has restructured the Police Anti-Corruption Task Force (Kortas Tipikor). The changes affect positions ranging from the Head of Kortas Tipikor through to the Enforcement Director of Kortas Tipikor.
The reshuffle was formalised through a single police chief telegram (ST) numbered ST/440/II/KEP./2026, issued on 27 February 2026.
“Mutations and job rotations within the Police are a normal matter as part of career development, organisational refreshment, and to improve the performance and professionalism of personnel in providing the best service to the public,” said Police Public Relations Division Chief Johnny Eddizon Isir in a statement on Saturday, 28 February.
In the reshuffle, Brigadier General Totok Suharyanto has been appointed as Head of Kortas Tipikor. He replaces Senior Police Commissioner Cahyono Wibowo, who has been transferred to a Kortas Tipikor staff position in preparation for retirement.
The Enforcement Director (Dirtindak) position at Kortas Tipikor, vacated by Totok, is now filled by Brigadier General Robertus Yohanes De Deo. He previously served as Director of Asset Tracing and Security (P2A) at Kortas Tipikor.
The P2A Director role at Kortas Tipikor is now held by Brigadier General Indra Lutrianto Amstono, who previously worked as a Senior Crime Investigator Level II at the Police Criminal Investigation Directorate (Bareskrim).
In the same telegram, two other Kortas Tipikor officials have also been reassigned. Deputy Head of Kortas Tipikor Brigadier General Arief Adiharsa is now Senior Police Instructor Level I at the Police Education and Training Centre (Sespim Lemdiklat). Additionally, Police Commissioner Mulya Hakim Solichin, previously serving as Deputy Director of Prevention at Kortas Tipikor, has been reassigned as a Senior Crime Investigator Level II at Kortas Tipikor.
“This measure is part of the Police’s human resource management strategy to ensure the organisation remains adaptive, cohesive, and responsive to future operational challenges,” Isir stated.
He expressed hope that the newly appointed officials would quickly adapt and demonstrate dedication and integrity in their roles. “Leadership hopes that all reassigned officials can work optimally, maintain internal cohesion, and continue to strengthen public trust in the Police,” Isir concluded.
