Police Chief Distributes Iftar Meals to Motorists at Police Headquarters

National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo distributed iftar meals to motorists on Jalan Trunojoyo, South Jakarta, on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, at 4:40 p.m. Western Indonesian Time. Sigit was observed walking from the main building of National Police Headquarters (Mabes Polri) accompanied by Deputy National Police Chief (Wakapolri) General Dedi Prasetyo and representatives of the Press Council.

Sigit distributed goodie bags branded “Sharing Iftar Polri with Press Representatives” to road users waiting at red traffic lights. He also engaged with motorists and accommodated requests for photographs whilst they waited for the lights to change.

“Thank you, Police Chief,” said one driver.

The distribution of iftar meals was also conducted at three other locations around National Police Headquarters. Senior police officials and media representatives also participated in distributing the meals.

After the community distribution, the Police Chief proceeded to a joint iftar dinner at the Rupattama Hall of National Police Headquarters. The event included the distribution of assistance to orphans.
