Police car accident claims one life

INDRAMAYU, West Java: A police car smashed into a canteen in Bulak Kidul subdistrict here late on Tuesday, killing one and injuring five others.

The only fatality was Suryanto, 28, the owner of the canteen.

Four of the injured were dining in the canteen when the incident happened, while the other was police officer First. Brig. Godang Siahaan, who was driving the car. -- JP
