Police Assure Safety Around Hotel Indonesia Roundabout Following Foreign National Robbery
The Head of the Menteng Police Precinct, AKBP Braiel Arnold Randonuwu, assured that the area around the Hotel Indonesia (HI) Roundabout, Menteng, Central Jakarta, is safe following a robbery incident involving a foreign national from Italy in the area.

Regarding the victim, who is a foreign national and may live in a hotel around the Sudirman-Thamrin area, he stated, “Based on instructions from the Police Chief, we will coordinate with hotel management (around Sudirman-Thamrin) to ensure that ride-hailing services, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled, can pick up guests at the hotel lobby. This is what we will strive for and coordinate in the future.”
“So that Indonesian citizens and foreign nationals who need ride-hailing services do not have to wait or order from the side of the road and wait on the side of the road,” he added.
