Benda Police have arrested a suspected hard drug dealer identified by the initials CF, 25, in the Dadap area of Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Officers seized thousands of illicit pills ready for distribution from the suspect.
Acting Tangerang City Police Chief, Senior Commissioner Eko Bagus Riyadi, explained that the arrest stemmed from public reports about the rampant circulation of hard drugs in the Dadap area. Following up on the information, officers conducted a thorough investigation until they managed to secure the suspect.
“We succeeded in arresting the suspect along with evidence believed to have been intended for sale at a location in the Dadap area,” Eko said on Friday (21/8).
During the arrest, police seized a total of 1,346 hard drug pills. The evidence consisted of 920 tramadol pills and 426 eximer pills. In addition to the thousands of pills, officers also secured a mobile phone believed to have been used for transactions and cash amounting to Rp511,000 from sales.

“We are still developing this case to uncover the supplier, including investigating the possibility of other networks or locations connected to the distribution of these hard drugs,” Eko stressed.
