Police arrest financial controller of Fredy Pratama drug network

The Directorate of Narcotics Crimes of the Indonesian National Police Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) has arrested Frans Antoni (FA), a financial controller for the Fredy Pratama drug network.

Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, Director of Narcotics Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, stated that Frans was brought from Malaysia and flown to Jakarta on Friday afternoon.

According to observations, Frans arrived at the Bareskrim Polri building in Jakarta on Friday afternoon at 3:28 PM WIB.

Frans was seen wearing glasses, a black shirt, grey trousers, and black shoes. Upon exiting the vehicle, he was escorted by officers towards the building in handcuffs. An unidentified woman, whose face was covered by a mask, was also escorted by officers behind him.

When approached by members of the media, Frans remained silent and followed the officers’ instructions to enter the building.

Fredy Pratama is an Indonesian national and a kingpin of an international narcotics network. He is reported to reside in and manage drug trafficking operations from Thailand.

Fredy Pratama has been on the police most wanted list (DPO) since 2014.
