Police Arrest Drug Dealer in West Jakarta, 27 Packages of Crystal Methamphetamine Seized
Police arrested a drug dealer in the Cengkareng District area of West Jakarta. Multiple packages of crystal methamphetamine were secured from the suspect.
“In this investigation, officers secured the suspect with initials FK (38), along with several packages of crystal methamphetamine narcotics of various sizes,” said Grogol Petamburan Police Chief Commissioner Reza Hafiz Gumilang on Monday (2 March 2026).
He stated that several items of evidence were also seized. These included 27 packages of crystal methamphetamine of varying weights, mobile phones, scales, and drug paraphernalia.
“The evidence successfully secured consisted of 6 medium packages of crystal methamphetamine narcotics with a gross weight of 31.39 grams, 21 small packages with a gross weight of 5.81 grams, 1 mobile phone unit, 1 electronic scale unit, and 1 drug use/inhalation device,” he said.
The suspect and evidence were then brought to the police office. Reza stated that further investigation into the suspect is currently underway.
