He noted that the pre-trial motion letter regarding Roy’s suspect status has not yet been received. However, he affirmed that the Jakarta Metropolitan Police are ready to face it. “We will see once the pre-trial motion letter has arrived at the address. Well, the Legal Division of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police is always ready to serve the pre-trial process,” he said. For the record, Roy’s pre-trial motion regarding the determination of his suspect status is registered under case number 108/Pid.Pra/2026/PN JKT.SEL. Roy registered it on Thursday (2/7) at the South Jakarta District Court. “Case classification: the legality of the implementation of the forced measure of suspect determination,” as stated on the South Jakarta District Court’s Case Tracking Information System page. The petition points for Roy’s application in this pre-trial motion have not yet been displayed on the South Jakarta District Court’s SIPP page. The first hearing will be held on Friday (10/7). “Agenda: reading of the application,” the SIPP page stated. For information, Roy has also filed a pre-trial motion regarding the legality of the implementation of a search.
