Polda Metro Jaya Samsat Services Closed on 28 May as BPKB and SIM Remain Open

STNK and Samsat services in the Polda Metro Jaya region are closed today, Thursday, 28 May 2026, due to the national holiday and communal Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriah holiday.

The information was announced by TMC Polda Metro Jaya via their official X social media account @TMCPoldaMetro.

‘Samsat offices in the Polda Metro Jaya region will be closed on 27-28 May 2026, including mobile Samsat services,’ stated TMC Polda Metro Jaya on Wednesday, 27 May 2026.

Polda Metro Jaya confirmed STNK and Samsat services will reopen on Friday, 29 May 2026.

Due to the temporary closure, the public cannot access STNK administrative services or mobile Samsat services today.

Despite the Samsat closure, the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate confirmed BPKB services will remain open on Thursday, 28 May 2026.

‘BPKB services will be available today, Thursday, 28 May 2026,’ according to TMC Polda Metro Jaya’s announcement.

Polda Metro Jaya has also granted dispensation for SIM holders whose permits expire on 27 May 2026.

SIM owners with expiring permits can renew them between 28-30 May 2026 via the standard renewal process.

However, if renewal is not completed by the deadline, applicants must follow the new SIM issuance procedure.
