Polda Metro Jaya has opened a complaint desk for victims of alleged fraud by Umrah travel agency PT Khazanah Tamma Internasional, also known as Hanania Group, urging those affected to report immediately.

Police Commissioner Budi Hermanto, Head of Public Relations for Polda Metro Jaya, explained the move aims to accommodate victims who have yet to file reports. “Members of the public who believe they have been defrauded should visit the Sub-Directorate for National Security (Subdit Kamneg) within the Criminal Investigation Department (Ditreskrimum) of Polda Metro Jaya,” he said on Sunday, 31 May 2026.

He advised complainants to bring identification and supporting evidence of transactions or losses. The police also offer a WhatsApp hotline at 0813-1400-141 for remote reporting. The complaint desk operates daily from 9am to 5pm WIB to ensure all victims are recorded for further investigation.

The Criminal Investigation Department of Polda Metro Jaya has detained ASF, the CEO of PT Khazanah Tamma Internasional (Hanania Group), over allegations of fraud and embezzlement in Umrah travel funds totalling Rp12.14 billion. The detention followed his designation as a suspect on 29 May. “ASF was formally named a suspect on 29 May 2026 and is now detained at Polda Metro Jaya’s detention facility,” Budi added.
