Poem: Passing Without Words
We stand at the end of the story,
Silent and wordless, not a single phrase,
Only glances hinting at wounds,
And silence echoing in the soul.
Passing without words, like the night wind,
Leaving an unspeakable chill,
All feelings buried deep in the heart,
Fading as time marches on.
Every memory stored in silence,
Becoming shadows with each step,
Love once vibrant and bright,
Now dimmed, swept away by grey shadows.
No farewell words,
Just stillness filling the void,
A parting without sound,
Leaving unseen but felt traces.
We once shared the same world,
But now our paths diverge,
Passing without words, without explanation,
Only the heart knows how deep this wound lies.
Perhaps one day, in distant time,
We will understand the reason for this silence,
But for now, we can only accept
That sometimes love passes without words, without question.
