POCO X8 Pro Max specifications revealed in promotional materials leak
Promotional materials for the POCO X8 Pro Max have allegedly revealed further specifications, including display features and battery capacity. Gizmochina reported on Saturday, 7 March, that the POCO X8 Pro Max sports a 6.83-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2772x1280 pixels. The screen is said to reach a peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits and to support the DCI-P3 colour gamut with 12-bit colour depth. The device is equipped with a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens; a 20MP front camera is mounted for selfies. Audio features include symmetrical stereo speakers supporting Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio, with the speakers claimed to be up to 300 percent louder.
The phone also supports bypass charging, allowing power to be delivered directly to the device without charging the battery. The POCO X8 Pro Max uses an 8,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging and 27W reverse wireless charging. Despite the large battery, the device is only 8.38 mm thick and weighs around 201 g. The X8 Pro Max reportedly includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and is dust- and water-resistant. No official launch date has been announced yet; however, several reports suggest a global launch could take place on 17 March 2026.
