PO Sinar Jaya Launches Kalideres–Sukabumi Route

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The PO Sinar Jaya bus company has opened a new route for AKAP services. The new route serves Kalideres–Sukabumi, round trip, and began its inaugural service on 14 May 2026. The news was announced via an Instagram post from @sinarjaya.group.

When contacted, a Sinar Jaya ticketing agent confirmed the new route, which will operate with medium-size buses. ‘We use medium buses. The fare is around Rp 75,000. There are only two departures per day from each origin point. From Kalideres at 06:00 WIB and 15:00 WIB. From Sukabumi at 07:00 WIB and 12:00 WIB,’ the agent told Kompas.com on Sunday, 18 May 2026.

Because the toll road to Sukabumi city has not yet been completed, the buses must traverse Sukabumi Regency arterial roads with winding and challenging terrain. Therefore, a medium-sized bus is easier to manoeuvre.
