PNM Wins GCG Awards 2026, Proof of Impactful Governance

The Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Ethics in Creating Impactful Business through Inclusive Financial System award at the Indonesia Excellence GCG Awards 2026 recognises PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM)‘s commitment to ethical, transparent, and socially impactful corporate governance. Through the Danantara spirit of ’Melayani Sepenuh Hati’ (Serving Wholeheartedly), PNM continues to expand access to inclusive financial services for grassroots communities, particularly underprivileged women who are ultra-micro entrepreneurs. As of May 2026, PNM serves more than 23.3 million underprivileged women across Indonesia through sustainable financing and empowerment programmes. This award reflects that good governance is not only realised in corporate compliance and accountability, but also in efforts to deliver tangible benefits to society. Through three empowerment capitals—Financial Capital in the form of financing access, Intellectual Capital through Business Capacity Development (PKU), and Social Capital through Weekly Group Meetings—PNM continues to strengthen the economic resilience of underprivileged communities. This approach helps customers improve business capacity, manage finances better, build savings habits, and enhance family welfare sustainably.
