Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) has expressed its commitment to enhancing the quality of human resources (HR) through training and vocational or skills programmes for employees.

“To provide capable empowerment to customers, we continue to enhance employee capacity through training and a vocational approach,” stated PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Company Secretary Dodot Patria Ary.

In addition, he continued in his statement in Jakarta on Monday, the company also provides “rewards” or appreciation to the best employees to motivate them to continue delivering the best service, while also serving as a spur to their enthusiasm in implementing MSME empowerment programmes.

One form of appreciation for the best employees, he added, is the company sending Siti Patimah Azzahra, who is currently the Mekaar Regional Manager (MRM) Serang 1 in Banten, on Umrah pilgrimage to the Holy Land.

The woman, who joined PT PNM in April 2017 and was selected as one of the “Best Employees”, has played an active role in empowering underprivileged women through the Mekaar Programme.

“I have had the opportunity twice to go on Umrah from the company, namely in 2018 and 2024, for my performance during 2023,” she said.

From thousands of employees, she continued, only around 60 people received the opportunity to join the reward trip to Jakarta, making it very meaningful in her life.

Meanwhile, PNM President Director Arief Mulyadi stated that the best employees are individuals who not only achieve work targets but also provide real impact for the company, customers, and society through consistent, professional performance with high integrity.

This, he continued, is reflected in their ability to achieve and even exceed business targets, such as attracting dozens of new customers, increasing the financing portfolio, and actively providing guidance to MSME actors to boost their capacity and business turnover.

In addition, the best employees also demonstrate prime service quality with high customer satisfaction levels, are able to build long-term relationships, and have the initiative to introduce innovations that impact business growth and work efficiency.

“Discipline, responsibility, and the ability to collaborate in teams are important values that complement such outstanding performance,” he said.

Arief emphasised that PNM also stresses the importance of a spirit of collaboration, hard work, and innovation in achieving success.

His side also highlighted the importance of integrity and commitment to continue giving the best for the company and society.
