PNM Spreads Gratitude by Distributing Sacrificial Animals to Local Communities
Idul Adha provides an opportunity to reflect on gratitude, sincerity, and compassion for others. Through the act of qurban, the spirit of sharing is not only an expression of devotion but also a reminder that blessings received can benefit the surrounding community.
This spirit is embodied by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) through its Gratitude and Qurban Initiative. This year, 18 PNM branches simultaneously distributed and slaughtered sacrificial cows, with the meat distributed to villagers in areas surrounding PNM’s service zones. The initiative forms part of the company’s efforts to strengthen community ties, not only through financing and business support but also through social care directly felt by residents.
At the headquarters, PNM also slaughtered two cows, distributing the meat to 500 beneficiaries around the PNM Tower. Beneficiaries included local residents, micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) entrepreneurs, and those working in the PNM Tower vicinity. This distribution reflects the company’s gratitude for its journey and the ongoing trust from the community.
The Gratitude and Qurban Initiative is also part of PNM’s 27th anniversary celebrations under the theme ‘Together at Every Step, Supporting Every Struggle’. Through this theme, PNM reaffirms that its presence is not only through financing and business support but also through social care that touches the lives of local communities.
Through this initiative, PNM brings the spirit of Idul Adha as a time for mutual sharing, care, and strengthening relationships with the surrounding environment. For PNM, the company’s existence is not only measured by service to clients but also by how benefits reach closer to communities within its operational areas.
Sule, a ketoprak vendor who sells near PNM Tower, was among the beneficiaries. He expressed gratitude for the sacrificial meat received, stating that the assistance was a meaningful gesture of care, especially during the Idul Adha period.
