PNM Sends Papuan Employee to Japan as Reward for Dedicated Service
PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) has once again presented its Employee Award programme with a trip to Japan, as a form of appreciation for the dedication and tangible work of its finest personnel. The award is given to high-achieving employees from various regions across Indonesia who have demonstrated integrity, a spirit of service, and contribution in assisting more than 23.3 million underprivileged women nationwide up to June 2026. Through this journey, the awardees are not only introduced to Japan’s work culture, known for its discipline and innovation, but are also expected to bring home new inspiration to continuously improve service quality and strengthen the work culture within PNM.
One of the recipients is Rodrina, an Account Officer for PNM who assists clients in the Jayapura, Sorong, and Merauke areas. For her, the award marks a meaningful journey after two years of service with PNM. The company has not only provided her with an opportunity for professional growth but has also brought significant change to her family’s life. “Thank you very much to PNM. Joining PNM has truly brought blessings to my family. From this job, I was able to build a house for my parents and put my five younger siblings through school. This award motivates me to continue providing the best service to our women clients who also struggle every day to change their families’ lives,” Rodrina said.
The Employee Award programme is part of PNM’s commitment to building superior human resources while strengthening the corporate culture. Through direct learning experience in Japan, the awardees are expected to gain new perspectives on work ethic, collaboration, innovation, and service that can be applied to support the company’s transformation and improve the quality of assistance for underprivileged communities.
