PNM Sends Hundreds of Employees on Umrah Pilgrimage

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), a state-owned enterprise, has dispatched hundreds of its best employees and their companions on an Umrah pilgrimage to the Holy Land through its Employee Reward Umrah programme. The initiative is a form of appreciation for the dedication and loyalty of the company’s personnel. One of the Employee Reward Umrah recipients, Utik Amaliyah from PNM’s Makassar Branch, revealed she never imagined she could realise her dream of performing Umrah after 17 years of service at PNM. ‘After working for 17 years at PNM, I finally received the blessing to depart for Umrah this year,’ she said, adding, ‘Thank you very much to PNM, because thanks to working here I was also able to buy a house for my family. This award is a source of encouragement for me to continue working wholeheartedly and providing benefits to the community.’ The Employee Reward Umrah programme is part of PNM’s commitment to building human resources that are not only professionally excellent but also possess strong spiritual values.
