PNM Rewards Top Employees with Umrah Pilgrimage to Mecca
A total of 102 employees of state-owned enterprise PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) have been selected to participate in the third batch of the company’s Employee Reward Umrah programme for 2026, following thousands of employees who have taken part in previous batches. The programme serves as a form of appreciation for the employees’ dedication in carrying out their responsibilities and delivering benefits through their work. More than just a travel reward, the opportunity to visit the Baitullah is intended to be a space for strengthening spiritual values, expressing gratitude for the journey undertaken, and bringing home a renewed spirit to continue spreading kindness to family, the work environment, and society. One of the recipients, Siti Masito, admitted she never imagined she could perform the umrah pilgrimage through her service at PNM. ‘I never expected to go on umrah through PNM. For me, Allah SWT has bestowed His blessings through PNM, not only for myself but also so that we can share blessings and benefits with others,’ said Siti. The opportunity served as a reminder for her that prayers can find their way through means and times never previously imagined. President Director of PNM, Kindaris, stated that the appreciation is hoped to be a journey that leaves a profound meaning for each recipient. ‘May this journey be a space for PNM personnel to draw closer to Allah SWT and return with a more open heart and a greater spirit to serve others. Because the value of an award lies not only in the journey received, but also in the goodness brought home and passed on to more people,’ said Kindaris.
