PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), commonly known as PNM, has entered a new phase of organisational transformation, alongside structural adjustments and the strengthening of leadership across various company lines. This step is considered part of the company’s efforts to address increasingly complex challenges as an entity tasked with the empowerment of millions of ultra-micro female entrepreneurs in Indonesia.

Amidst a changing economic landscape, digitalisation, and rising demands for efficiency and governance, PNM is not only updating its organisational structure but also reinforcing a leadership foundation capable of overseeing long-scale transformation. These organisational adjustments are also reflected in the latest corporate structure as part of the strengthening of governance and operational effectiveness.

Three new figures have joined the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors. Two of these individuals have taken up Commissioner positions: Marsudi Syuhud as Independent Commissioner and Temmy Satya Permana as Commissioner. Additionally, PNM has introduced new management figures, including L. Dodot Patria Ary Suprianto as Director of Operations and Institutional Relations, with Kindaris serving as President Director and Sunar Basuki as Vice President Director.

The President Director of PNM, Kindaris, emphasised that the company’s transformation cannot rely solely on changes to systems or business processes. According to him, the decisive factor for organisational success lies in the quality of its people.

“Amidst various ongoing changes, PNM continues to strengthen and renew various aspects of the organisation. However, ultimately, the most decisive change is the change in people—how we continue to learn, adapt, open ourselves to new ways of thinking, and grow into leaders capable of meeting the challenges of the era without losing the human values that form the foundation of this company,” Kindaris stated on Saturday, 6 June 2026.

This statement reflects the direction of the transformation currently being built by PNM. As a company serving underprivileged women through financing and empowerment programmes, PNM faces different challenges compared to general financial institutions. “Business growth must go hand in hand with the social mission to create a real impact for society,” he added.
