PNM Holds PORSENI 2026 to Strengthen Collaboration and Productivity
PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) has launched the 2026 Pekan Olahraga dan Seni (PORSENI), themed ‘Synergy in Achievement, Building Together with PNM’, as an effort to strengthen corporate culture whilst boosting productivity through sportsmanship and camaraderie among employees. This year’s PORSENI began with qualifying rounds held simultaneously in six cities: Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Makassar, Yogyakarta, and Bandung. The activity involved 58 branches, the head office, and subsidiary companies, with the participation of 3,012 PNM personnel. Through this event, PNM is building the ‘One PNM’ spirit not only in the workplace but also through sports, arts, and various activities that strengthen collaboration among employees from different regions. PORSENI is also part of the company’s commitment to delivering a positive employee experience. PNM believes that a healthy work culture will produce high-achieving employees who take pride in the company and are driven to give their best contribution. This spirit is expected to lead to an improvement in the quality of service for the millions of ultra-micro women entrepreneurs who are the focus of PNM’s empowerment efforts. PNM President Director Kindaris stated that PORSENI is a space to nurture the values that have been PNM’s strength. It is an event that is not merely about seeking victory, but about presenting the true meaning of sportsmanship, integrity, and the ability to appreciate the process. ‘Because it is that character that we will bring back to the workplace, when serving customers, assisting the community, and realising PNM’s grand vision as an empowerment institution that delivers a real impact for Indonesia,’ he said. Through PORSENI 2026, PNM aims to affirm that corporate productivity is built not only through performance achievements but also through a collaborative culture, sportsmanship, and togetherness that encourages every employee to grow and provide the best service to the community.
