PNM Grand Final PORSENI 2026 Sharpens Employees' Fighting Spirit
PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), or PNM, has once again held its grand annual celebration. On Saturday, 22 August 2026, at BRILiaN Stadium, the Grand Final of the PNM 2026 Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI) officially commenced. Over the following days, thousands of PNM personnel from across Indonesia swapped roles, transforming from employees into athletes, singers, dancers, and even stand-up comedians. The event carried the theme ‘Synergy in Achievement, Building Together with PNM’.
This occasion is not merely an annual ceremony. It is a moment of togetherness and proof that a company’s strength is visible not only in its business performance, but also in how tightly it can unite its dozens of branches under one shared spirit.
Opening the Grand Final, PNM Managing Director Kindaris stressed that it is not simply about who wins and loses on the field. ‘Today is not just about competition. Today is about celebrating the long journey that has brought PNM personnel from various regions, branches, talents, and stories together in one spirit of togetherness,’ said Kindaris.
He added that this spirit is the common thread running through the entire PORSENI series for every participant, regardless of their final result. Some pursued victory, others displayed creativity through art; some won and some lost. ‘However, they all share one thing in common: giving their best. For me, this is the true meaning of PORSENI. At PNM, we do not only work together. We grow together, struggle together, and celebrate success together. This is the One PNM spirit,’ he asserted.
The scale of this year’s event was considerable. A total of 58 branches, the head office, and PNM subsidiaries took part, presenting thousands of athletes and talents competing both in person and online from the western to the eastern tip of Indonesia. These are PNM personnel who daily assist customers and drive the grassroots economy, yet once PORSENI began, they transformed into fighters on the field and stage carrying the name of their respective branches.
The road to the Grand Final began with the Qualification Round held in two stages. On 11 July 2026, six cities—Medan, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Makassar—became arenas for men’s mini soccer, badminton, table tennis, and padel. A week later, from 14 to 18 July 2026, the competition moved to the digital realm through Mobile Legends e-sports, a dance competition, PNM Idol, a band competition, and stand-up comedy, uniting all PNM branches through a single screen.
From thousands of participants who fought in the qualification round, only 277 athletes and officials earned the golden ticket to the Grand Final. They are the products of the strictest selection and now stand at the most honourable point of the entire PORSENI series: the pinnacle stage.
To all finalists competing, Kindaris offered two simple yet meaningful messages. He asked them to compete with heart, to give their best and not hold back, because those at the Grand Final today are the finest individuals who have represented their regions. ‘Secondly, uphold sportsmanship. Win with humility and accept defeat with grace. Match results determine who becomes champion, but our attitude determines our character,’ he said.
He also expressed hope that the PNM PORSENI 2026 Grand Final would become more than just a quest to find the best. Ultimately, PNM PORSENI 2026 is not only about who goes home with a trophy. It is the second historical record written by PNM with sweat, determination, and the collective pride of all its personnel across Indonesia, as well as proof that when synergy is genuinely built, achievement is no longer something chased, but a result born naturally from togetherness.
