PNM Continues Employee Reward Umrah Programme, Batch 3 Sends 102 Staff

PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) has once again dispatched 102 employees for the third batch of its 2026 Employee Reward Umrah Programme. The programme is a form of the company’s appreciation for the dedication and contribution of employees who have demonstrated strong performance and commitment in carrying out their duties.

Through the programme, PNM not only provides a reward in the form of a pilgrimage journey, but also encourages employees to strengthen their spiritual values, be grateful for every stage of their service, and return with renewed spirit to bring benefits to their families, workplaces and communities.

One of the Employee Reward Umrah recipients, Siti Masito, said she had never imagined she would be able to perform the umrah pilgrimage through her journey of service at PNM.

“I never expected to go on umrah through PNM. For me, Allah SWT has granted His blessings through PNM, not only for myself, but so that we can share blessings and benefits with others,” said Siti.

For her, the opportunity served as a reminder that every prayer can be answered by Allah SWT through unexpected paths and at unexpected times.

PNM President Director Kindaris said the award is hoped to be a journey of profound meaning for every recipient.

“May this journey become a space for PNM staff to draw closer to Allah SWT and return with a more open heart and greater enthusiasm to serve others.
