PNM Boosts Productivity Through Sportsmanship Activities

Amid an increasingly demanding work environment that requires collaboration, resilience, and adaptability, productivity is not built solely through business targets. This spirit is being championed by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) through the PNM 2026 Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI), themed ‘Synergy in Achievement, Building Together with PNM’. More than just a competition, PORSENI serves as a space to strengthen corporate culture, tighten relationships among PNM personnel, and cultivate the value of sportsmanship that forms the foundation of a resilient company. This year, PORSENI began with qualification rounds held simultaneously in six host cities: Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Makassar, Yogyakarta, and Bandung, involving 58 branches, the head office, and subsidiaries with participation from 3,012 PNM employees. The scale of the event demonstrates that the ‘One PNM’ spirit is built not only in the workspace but also on the playing field, the art stage, and through every moment of togetherness that brings together PNM personnel from various regions. PORSENI is also a tangible manifestation of the company’s commitment to providing a positive employee experience. A healthy work culture not only produces high-achieving employees but also happy individuals who take pride in the company and are driven to give their best contribution. This spirit will foster improved service quality for the community, particularly the millions of ultra-micro women entrepreneurs who are the focus of PNM’s empowerment.
