PMJS Signs Rp10.83 Trillion Contract with Agrinas for Kopdes Programme
PT Putra Mandiri Jembar Tbk (PMJS) has officially signed a contract worth Rp10.83 trillion with the state-owned food company PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara (Persero) for the procurement of 20,600 six-wheeled truck units.
In the contract, effective from 6 April 2026, this DIPO Group-listed company will procure the trucks to support President Prabowo Subianto’s Koperasi Desa Merap Putih (KDMP) programme.
The contract is executed through PMJS’s subsidiary, PT Dipo Internasional Pahala Otomotif (DIPO), with direct ownership of 82.64%. DIPO is an Indonesian legal entity operating in the automotive industry.
Under the agreement, DIPO acts as the official dealer appointed by PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, the official distributor of Mitsubishi Fuso trucks. DIPO will provide vehicles according to specifications and after-sales services to support APN’s operations.
The procurement contract value reaches Rp10,835,600,000,000, reflecting the large scale of the vehicle procurement project for the village and sub-district cooperative programme.
“The signing of the contract between DIPO and APN will have a positive impact on DIPO’s operational activities, namely increasing DIPO’s operational activities and increasing DIPO’s revenue, which in turn will improve the Company’s financial condition,” as quoted from the Indonesia Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday (9/4/2026).
The contract’s effectiveness is based on several agreements, namely the main contract between PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara (Persero) and PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors, the derivative contract between DIPO and APN, and the addendum to the derivative contract or procurement contract.
However, the procurement contract will only take effect after two main conditions are met. First, the issuance of a bank guarantee by Bank BNI on 16 March 2026, and second, the receipt of a down payment of Rp2.84 trillion by DIPO from APN on 6 April 2026.
