As a customer of the state electricity company (PLN), I have
noticed that the service it provides at its payment counters is
very slow. It takes at least ten minutes to serve a customer so
that PLN branches are always crowded at the end of each month.
PLN should imitate other government agencies, such as district
offices for land and building tax, where every taxpayer is served
in less than two minutes.
Therefore, PLN should do something to improve the situation,
instead of always arguing that it has opened collection counters
in PLN branches to ensure prompt service.
